W Stirland has been appointed by Reigate & Banstead Borough Council to regenerate the site of the old Iron Horse public house in Merstham. The Merstham Estate Regeneration plan is one of the key priorities in Reigate & Banstead Borough Council’s Core Strategy. The vacant site borders Bletchingly Road, Portland Drive and Fieldoaks Way. The new £2.4m development will see a food store, three retail units together with 10 shared equity flats on the upper two floors.
The project will start in June.
