Early January saw the handover of five houses to Knightsbridge Property Company Ltd. The five houses were built on a corner site of an old bungalow.
Each property has an Energy Efficiency Rating of B and is double glazed has central heating and solar panels. Our main challenge was one of logistics and location. The corner site was extremely tight and adjacent to Bosham railway station. Station Road is heavily trafficked so it was essential at all times to ensure free and unhindered access to the station. Being surrounded by other residential homes required a sensitive outlook when arranging noisy activities and the like. These residents were kept informed at all times using regular newsletters.
