Demolition of the existing buildings at Church House is almost complete. The 1960s block of studio flats and three-bedroom house have been cleared to make way for an attractive new development of 3 x one-bed flats, 9 x two-bed houses and 2 x three-bed houses. A Victorian stable building and flint perimeter wall have been retained and will be refurbished and incorporated into the development, ensuring a varied appearance in keeping with the surrounding conservation area.
