Ladymead, Guildford Complete

This project for Guildford Borough Council has now completed and handed over. This was previously a brownfield site, housing extensive hard-standing, a pair of semi-detached dwellings and a commercial premises. At 0.13 hectares the site was compact with tight access from the A25 in the centre of busy Guildford.

The new development offers a smart new block of 12 x one-bedroom flats for Guildford Borough Council Housing Register tenants. The three-storey building, now known as Siren House, is modern in appearance with alternating vertical bands of red brick and white render, and large scale dark grey aluminium windows. The development includes parking, a new access road, cycle storage, waste and recycling storage, and hard and soft landscaping.
