This residential development in Petworth comprised two pairs of semi-detached homes and two terraces consisting of nine cottages located close to the heart of the town.
The cottages are of traditional style and constructed with local materials; a combination of brick and stone under pitched roofs of natural grey slate. The carefully thought out designs offer spacious accommodation with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, study and kitchen/dining room.
Each of the cottages benefits from an enclosed rear garden with paved patio, garden shed and rear access gate. Timber shingled car barns provide a covered parking space for each property and visitor parking is also provided.
