Dukes Barn Court Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Affinity Sutton appointed us with the demolition of an existing care home and the design and build of seven houses and four flats. Due allowance needed to be made for the fact that the site was located within a built-up residential area and delivery times were restricted to ensure that relationships with existing residents remained cordial at all times.
“Just a quick note to let you know that I am delighted with Dukes Barn and Sandbrook Court, both of which have now handed over as you know. Your teams led by Mark/Dick and Keith have done excellent jobs and should be thoroughly proud. It was not always easy given the horrendous weather earlier in the year or the design difficulties of Dukes Barn. The high quality of build and the super landscaping all contribute to both blocks looking marvellous and the care and attention to detail on the internals is extremely high and I know our new residents are/will be absolutely delighted”
