A small development of 10 high-specification houses in Addlestone, Surrey. The houses are of high-quality traditional construction, with cavity walls, beam and block ground floors and timber upper floors. All ground floors are fully wheelchair accessible. External elevations are in rendering and faced brickwork. Each house has a private rear garden, garden shed, and waste/recycling store, and the development has been built to “Secured by Design - New Homes” certification.
Our technical department has engineered a surface water drainage strategy to handle all water at source, thereby removing the need for mechanical ventilation within the properties. This has been achieved by using a range of sustainable drainage techniques including interconnecting private soakaways and attenuation tanks and a fully permeable highway system.
