Project Description
This development has provided Merstham with a new Library, Youth Centre, and Community Facility in the form of a new Community Hub. The Hub also houses a café, flexible community rooms (available for hire by local organisations), and publically accessible computers.
The retail element consists of units for Merstham Tandoori, a fish and chip shop and a pizza take away.
On completion our clients Reigate and Banstead Borough Council and Surrey County council were invited to assist children from the local school, in burying a time capsule on the development site. All went well and we didn't lose anybody down the hole !
