Project Brief

In 2013 the Housing Development team at Waverley Borough Council started to plan an ambitious investment programme for Ockford Ridge to improve the estate for the benefit of existing and future residents. As part of this regeneration programme, W Stirland were appointed for the design and build of 16 affordable housing units, (6 x two/three bedroom houses and 10 x one/two bedroom flats).
