The construction of a low-density development of affordable dwellings for Hastoe Housing. The development occupies a rural exception site on the outskirts of the village of Pamber Heath, near Tadley, Hampshire. The 6 x two-bed houses, 2 x three-bed houses and block of 4 x one-bed flats have exceptional sustainability credentials, as required for the Association of Environment Conscious Building (AECB Silver) certification. It is estimated that buildings achieving this standard can reduce CO2 emissions by up to 70%.

External materials include red multi-stock brick, charcoal-coloured cladding, and dark grey window frames, and have been chosen to harmonise with the surrounding buildings. Any impact of the development has been further reduced by extensive green buffer zones and the retention of mature trees to the site boundary.
