Roman Road Hove, East Sussex
We were appointed by Southern Development Services Ltd (Southern Housing Group) to design and construct a mixed use development at Roman Road in Hove.
The site was formally a Caffyns garage, used up until 2003, then purchased by Southern Housing Group in 2008. Roman Road lies just above the Hove seafront, close to the border of Portslade-by-Sea and Hove.
This new 3-storey development is a mixed use scheme of eight apartments and offices. The ground floor is predominantly office space with an entrance lobby to the apartments and access to bike and bin stores.

The schedule of accommodation consists of ground floor office space with four one-bedroom flats and four two-bedroom flats. The flats will be for market rent.
We have also provided fifteen car parking spaces, two of which are reserved for disabled users. In addition there were associated external works and hard and soft landscaping.
