This four-block University Halls of Residence development occupies the old site of the Chichester High School for Girls which relocated to Kingsham. Site preparation included the demolition and clearance of redundant West Sussex County Council Offices.  

The 'student village' now offers 317 study bedrooms and en-suite showers within 49 flats, with shared living areas, kitchens, laundry facilities, common rooms and offices.  

The new buildings were of traditional masonry construction, and appear in four blocks of three to four storeys in height.  Elevations include brick and white render with coloured highlights, and top storeys feature vertical timber cladding.
