Stockbridge Halls of Residence Chichester, West Sussex
The project involved the construction of a 317 student study bedrooms in a four-block Halls of Residence development. The facilities comprised study bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, kitchens, living areas, common rooms, laundry and offices.
The halls are occupied by students from both Chichester College and the University of Chichester.

Prior to commencement of the works, W Stirland was also responsible for the demolition of a West Sussex County Council office building on part of the former Chichester High School for Girls site in Stockbridge Road.
The new buildings were of traditional masonry construction to provide high quality student accommodation comprising 317 student study bedrooms in 49 flats with associated shared facilities. The development was constructed in four blocks of three to four storeys in height.
