Wiley's Office Building Chichester, West Sussex
3H Developments appointed W. Stirland to construct a 3-storey 2,200 m2 office building, incorporating car parking and landscaping in the centre of Chichester.
Careful planning of the works was necessary due to the site being surrounded by a variety of different dwellings including housing, commercial units and a live railway line consisting of a track and platforms.
Architect: The Seaman Partnership
Engineer: SWP (Stephen Wilson Partnership)
Client Agent: Boxall Sayer
This building was the final phase of Wiley's Head Office expansion plan.
