WSL have always been committed to the local community and we use local companies wherever possible for the provision of tradespeople and labour to fulfil our contracts. By signing up to the Crawley Charter we have pledged to source any labour needs for our Kilnmead and Crawley Homes projects from within the local community, helping to ensure better access to employment and training opportunities for residents.
In line with our commitment to training the workforce of the future, we will also be working with Crawley College to organise student visits to our sites, followed by Q&A sessions.
We’re delighted to have a chance to contribute to the Crawley community by becoming involved with this initiative.
