Projects in the Education Sector

We are proud of our reputation for delivering high-quality, inspiring environments for the education sector.

Construction in this area presents special challenges:  Many sites are ‘live’ and need to remain operational throughout the works. The health, safety and welfare of staff, pupils and visitors is paramount and temporary ingress/egress, accessways, lighting, signage etc., may all be needed to safely segregate the works. Timely programming of noisy or disruptive works is necessary to allow the normal functioning of the school. Adherence to programmed deadlines is vital so that new buildings will be fully available by agreed end dates.

Our experience includes numerous projects in both public and private sectors, ranging from large halls of residence developments, sports buildings, listed building refurbishments, updating and upgrading of SCoLA buildings, multiple extension blocks, multi-purpose spaces, and specialist areas such as kitchens, laboratories, music rooms, theatres etc.
